Teaching Strategies:

Well defined curriculum is delivered through the most effective instructional methods. Teachers adapt and innovate stimulating teaching methods to achieve scholastic excellence and the desired objective of holistic growth of the individual.

Maintain a deliberate and careful balance of traditional and innovative teaching methods.

  • Organise and plan the scholastic and co-scholastic activities
  • Guide students through a learning experience that gives them the scope to evolve into confident individuals
  • Document the progress of students
  • Involve parents in the student development programme through projects
  • Update and equip them with tools and know-how for comprehensive and pro-active learning
  • Learning Methodology

Learners participate in a learning process that is not only stimulating, but also allows them to explore the known and unknown realms of subject matter. Learning is query based where students question, brainstorm and understand by exploring things. An increasing number of activities, live demos, field trips, role plays, presentations, group activities and discussions and project work are taken up so that children understand the concept comprehensively. Active participation of the students forms the backbone of the system of Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation.

Homework is an important part of the education of our students and staff and parents are jointly responsible for this part of their education. Teachers plan tasks which support and enrich classroom learning. Homework is regular and progressive as students move through the grades.

In addition to the traditional subjects of languages, maths, science and social studies, students have regularly scheduled classes for art, music, physical education and computers.
